1. I'd like to receive updates regarding promotions and new products.

Signing up and Membership is FREE and there are no annual fees!

3. I am not receiving any emails from UTOPIA

If you've subscribed for the promotional mails and have not received any emails, there are the below possibilities. (If this does not work, please re-register again).

a. You have registered with the wrong/misspelled email address.
b. Your emails are in the "Junk" mail box.

4. Do I need to become a member to purchase?

Yes. In order to make a purchase, you must become a member. Please go to the "Sign Up" page to become a member. You may terminate your account at any time without cost or penalty.

5. I made a purchase but would like to cancel my order.

Cancellations are accepted, no questions asked, if the cancellation request is made within the 3-day cooling off period. Any requests beyond that point will not be accepted. For more details regarding cancellations, please visit our USER GUIDE.

6. I need to update/change my personal information.

Please use this "EDIT" page to change/update your information, and make sure you "save". Or simply log in to your account and go to Account Information in the right column.

7. Items are labeled SOLD OUT, when will they RESTOCK?

Items labeled "SOLD OUT" usually restocks on the FIRST of EVERY MONTH at MIDNIGHT. They will automatically become available at that time. Items that are permanently sold out will usually be taken off the list.

8. I would like to terminate my account.

In order to terminate your account, please email a request to the below email address. In order to unsubscribe from the promotional mails, you may do so from the MY UTOPIA page, under Account Info.

9. I've terminated my membership, but I still get Promotional Mails.

Terminating your account does not unsubscribe you from the Promotional Mail Magazines. In order to unsubscribe, click HERE. Please make sure you are unsubscribing the correct language/area.

10. I still get an email from UTOPIA even though I've unsubscribed.

You may receive IMPORTANT NOTICES from UTOPIA that may involve purchased gift certificates and restaurant status, or it may be regarding UTOPIA updates and changes. We recommend that you read these IMPORTANT emails from us.

11. I'd like to pay cash or by check.

We only accept credit cards at this moment.

12. How will I receive the gift certificates?

Gift Certificates will be available for print out in the form of "Electronic Voucher".

13. How can I print out the Electronic Voucher?

You will receive a purchase confirmation email immediately after your purchase, and within 30 minutes of your purchase, you will receive an E-Voucher notice email. You will receive a link to print out your Electronic Voucher.

14. I printed out the Electronic Voucher once, but lost it. What do I do?

As long as the Electronic Voucher has not been used yet, you will be able to print out the voucher from the received email or from MY UTOPIA page. However, please note that if a third-party has used the lost E-voucher, you will no longer be able to use it. UTOPIA is not responsible for any lost or stolen.

15. I do not have a printer. Can I still receive the traditional gift certificate instead?

We will not be shipping out the traditional type of gift certificate anymore. If you do not have a printer, please use the public printers at the library or Kinkos.

16. I still have the traditional paper gift certificates, can I still use them?

Old gift certificates purchased prior will still be accepted by all participating stores. UTOPIA is not responsible for any lost or stolen.

17. Can I convert the traditional gift certificates into the new Electronic Vouchers?

We cannot change already shipped out traditional gift certificates into Electronic Vouchers.

18. What happens to the E-Voucher after I cancel an order?

The Electronic Voucher will automatically become unusable when you cancel your order, and you will no longer be able to use it at the stores (the stores will not be able to verify the voucher). You will also no longer be able to print it out from MY UTOPIA page.

19. On MY UTOPIA page, I cannot print out the Electronic Voucher. What is the problem?

If the image of the Electronic Voucher does not appear properly, we recommend closing your browser and trying again, or launch the page with a different browser.
Electronic Vouchers can only be printed out if the status is UNUSED. For more information regarding the status of your Electronic Voucher, please click HERE.

20. Can I show my E-Voucher on my smartphone at the store?

You must bring a print out of the E-Voucher to the store. The store will not accept your E-Voucher if shown in a smartphone or tablet.

21. I'd like to get more information regarding the stores.

From the product details page, you can go directly to the store's website (if applicable).

22. Do your gift certificates have an expiration date?

There are gift certificates with an expiration date, and ones without. Please make sure you double check the gift certificate terms and conditions before purchasing.
